Head Chef Daphne Bingley

I am an east coast girl thriving on and loving the west coast. I am a proud parent of 3, very loving ferrets who are my main source of entertainment. When I am not in the kitchen, I can be found riding around this beautiful island on my scooter or working on writing a book that I hope one day to inspire others with. After studying culinary arts in Nelson BC. I worked at Raudz in Kelowna with some of the most talented chefs the Okanagan had to offer. I moved to Victoria September of 2017 with dreams of one day working at La Roux. Patience, persistence and a positive attitude lead me to having the job of my dreams. Pastry has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Having lived all over Canada I plan to provide elegant French pastries made for you of the freshest, as local as possible, ingredients.
